WEST CHARLOTTE CHURCH AT FREEDOM IS A GOSPEL-CENTERED, CROSS-CULTURAL CHURCH IN AND FOR OUR WEST CHARLOTTE COMMUNITY
West Charlotte Church at Freedom exists to love God, love our neighbors, and make disciples of Jesus Christ. We are a welcoming church family in west Charlotte where people from different backgrounds come together in Christ. From the moment you arrive, our hope is that you would feel welcomed, encouraged, and grounded in God’s Word.
WHAT TO EXPECT
At West Charlotte Church at Freedom, we gather each Sunday to worship Jesus, to be reminded of God’s love for us in the gospel, and to grow together as a church family. Our worship is shaped by Scripture, centered on Christ, and designed to help people participate, whether they have been in church for years or are visiting for the first time.
MUSIC
Our music includes both old and new songs and reflects the range of traditions found in west Charlotte. We sing songs rooted in rich biblical truth and invite everyone to join in as we worship together.
MESSAGE
The Bible is at the center of our worship. Each week, we read and preach God’s Word in a way that is clear, faithful, and understandable, helping people see who God is and how the gospel shapes everyday life.
THE LORD'S SUPPER
Our worship includes the ordinary means God has given His church, including the Lord’s Supper, baptism, confession of faith, prayer, and the preaching of the Word. We want our gatherings to keep pointing people to Jesus and His grace.
TITHES & OFFERINGS
As part of worship, we also give offerings. If you are visiting, there is no expectation for you to give. We are simply glad you are here. Giving is one of the ways our church supports ministry, discipleship, and care for our community.
